I actually give this book 5+ stars; it's fantastic! My entire family loves this book and we refer to it regularly. We've purchased several copies for family and friends; all love it, too. It's an excellent book for anyone but especially for those new to or just starting investigating homeopathy. It educates you about how it's used, how to find the right remedy and about the doses/strengths of the remedies. Everything you need to know to get started and get help for everyday problems is here. So far, we've used this book to help our neighbor who was suffering from low back pain; his problem was completely resolved in just 2 doses in 1 day. The poor man couldn't stand up straight and walking was painful. Same for a repeat problem of sciatica for my husband. He had 3 episodes of it before we learned about homeopathy. The first 2 methods of treatment he used were conventional medicine and chiropractic care; neither worked as well nor as fast. He suffered for at least 6 weeks both times before getting relief. On the 3rd episode, we used this book to find the remedy he needed and just 2 doses in 1 day resolved it completely! It's never returned either and nothing he tried before had done that. Definitely recommend this book. Homeopathy is the best and is all natural. It enables the body to heal itself without any harmful "side effects."

Too many layouts in this book to be easy to follow all the way through to the proper remedy, but helpful to have around as another resource.

I have started getting interested in homeopathy but often found the books hard to read or hard to find what I am looking for. This one is simple and lists a symptom and the remedies to look at. I have already used to relieve shingles and keep it handy. A must for anyone who is interested in healing without drugs.
